SOMO presented its “Big Tech Lobby Playbook” series, arguing that major tech companies use a coordinated global strategy—ranging from narrative control and echo chambers to relentless lobbying and platform power—to shape, delay, or block regulation, warning of growing alliances with far-right forces, and noting that while none of the Big Tech firms responded to its findings, several industry associations and policy organisations did.
