Myanmar: Garment workers allegedly denied permanent contracts & social security benefits; Incl. co. responses

In February 2023, it was reported that workers at Myanmar Morning Flower (MMF) Garment were facing a series of violations, including denial of permanent contracts which denied them social security and benefits, workers being fired for not working overtime and workers not paid overtime rates for working overtime.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Regatta and United Athle to respond. The responses can be found below.
