Myanmar: Garment workers at Clotho Yangon factory report multiple labour rights abuses; incl. co. responses

In April 2023, it was reported that workers at Clotho Yangon faced abuses including denial of bereavement leave, denial of permanent contracts, unfair pay deductions, occupational health and safety violations and verbal abuse.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Boardriders (parent company of Quicksilver and Roxy), Topgolf Callaway Brands (parent company of Ogio) and Herschel to respond. Responses can be found below.
