Myanmar: Garment workers at backpack factory report workers' rights violations in factory, incl. salary cuts, denial of leave & abuse from supervisors; incl. co. response

In December 2021, it was reported that workers at Kingsrich Myanmar Backpack Factory were facing a series of violations at the factory, including unfair wage cuts, being required to work overtime without pay, being denied leave and unfair dismissals.

In June 2022, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited H&M to respond, and in February 2023, invited Marks & Spencer to respond. The full responses can be found below.
