Workers employed at some four plants of Nestle India Ltd will...protest...to demand recognition for union activities...In January, the management of Nestle...approached three courts...seeking a permanent ban on all union activities...within 200m of its factories...A Nestle spokesperson said: “We respect the workers’ right to freedom of association and have not prevented them from forming a union...”
