Antamina is one of the largest and most important mines in the country. It is located in the district of San Marcos, Huari province, in the Áncash region. The mine has been operating in Peru for years, extracting polymetallic minerals...

The main products extracted at Antamina are copper and zinc, although other minerals such as silver, molybdenum, and, to a lesser extent, lead are also produced...
