PetroTal did not comment on the allegations presented by the indigenous Peruvian communities of Block 95

The BHRRC invited PetroTal to comment on the allegations by indigenous Peruvian communities that constant oil spills are negatively impacting their health, socioeconomic rights and the environment; as well as demands presented by the communities of Block 95, who claim that agreements signed with the State and companies operating in the region are not being fulfilled, criticising the use of police and military forces. The company did not answer.
