PVH's response re. Indochine Apparel

... PVH does not source from KGG Garments PLC. Indochine Apparel PLC is enrolled in the International Labor Organization (ILO) Better Work program as a requirement of doing business with PVH. As part of PVH’s ongoing human rights due diligence efforts, we reviewed the most recent ILO Better Work assessment and engaged with both factory management and Better Work to further investigate the allegations raised. The latest assessment (December 2020) showed no evidence of wage or pay cuts, or forced/unpaid overtime. Furthermore, during worker interviews, no grievances were raised. In the interest of full disclosure, the December assessment did note six cases of excessive overtime, which are all currently being remediated.
