...The Special Rapporteurship on Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Rights (REDESCA, by its initials in Spanish) of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) publishes today its report on “Business and Human Rights: Inter-American Standards”. This report is based on the identification of the international obligations of States with regard to human rights in cases in which businesses are in some way involved in the realization or violation of such rights.
