Research launch on “They are also parents” [Beijing, 9 Jan; Shanghai, 13 Jan]

CCR CSR would like to invite you to take part in the official launch of the latest report providing detailed analysis of the challenges faced by working migrant parents, the impact of family well-being on their performance, and the critical support which can be provided by companies to ensure an efficient and stable workforce. As demonstrated by our research, over 80% of parents of left-behind children and 50% of those having children with them, feel ‘inadequate’ and experience strong guilt and anxiety as a result of their failure to provide for children’s basic well-being and education.
