According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic with reference to the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in the Russian Federation, the tragedy took place on August 7 in the Lyublino district of the Russian capital. According to the operational headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the city of Moscow, heavy rainfall flooded the sewer, where repair works were carried out. As a result three workers were carried away by water flows. Among them are two citizens of Kyrgyzstan...
