Shell & Vitol allegedly deliver Russian oil to Europe through Turkey despite EU embargo, new investigation reveals; incl. cos. comments

A new investigation by Global Witness shows that Turkey continues deliveries of Russian crude which later is sold and delivered to the EU by Shell and Vitol despite the embargo imposed in December 2022.
