The Netherlands: Patagonia, Nike, C&A and State of Art sued for alleged reliance on Uyghur forced labour

The European Center for Constitutional Rights (ECCHR) launched a legal action in The Netherlands against Patagonia, Nike, C&A and State of Art arguing they are complicit in the forced labor of members of the Uyghur population in China's Xinjiang province. They say the alleged crimes could amount to crimes against humanity.
