Under Armour is committed to respecting the rights of the workers who make and work on its products and requires all suppliers, including Sports City and its subsidiaries, to adhere to its Supplier Code of Conduct, the Fair Labor Association Workplace Code of Conduct and Benchmarks and all applicable laws. We will continue to work in partnership with Sports City to confirm that it, and its subsidiaries, meet all applicable legal and code of conduct obligations to their employees, continue to meet with employees and committee members, and engage with the Free Trade Zone administration offices and the Department of Labor and Employment (“DOLE”).
