中国:新能源汽车行业加班严重、裁员频发,员工基本劳动权益亟需保障

在“未来将至”的造车浪潮中,智能汽车产业中的劳动实态却与其他“大厂”并没有什么区别。4月9日,智己汽车的老板略带骄傲地在发布会上宣布,员工没能享受病假、工作强度大以致于无暇顾及家人......

智己员工的劳动状态是传统制造业工人劳动状态的延续......在2023年4月,曾得到政府投资支持的新能源车企蔚来被曝员工半年内加班500小时,这远超法定加班时长,有员工甚至在加班期间多次进急诊室。然而,该员工在向人事部门反映加班问题时,换来的回应却是“自愿加班”和“即使你走法律程序也不会赢”。此外,蔚来还称“行业内加班普遍”......

最近几个月,接连有比亚迪的员工称公司推行“末尾淘汰制2.0”,即每季度业绩末尾10%的员工绩效工资减少36%,变相逼迫末尾员工辞职......而在一则询问比亚迪工作情况的帖文中,不少网友表示比亚迪正在严密监控员工、增加工作时长,不加班甚至会被处罚......

庞大的市场需求和政府的补贴扶持,刺激着资本敏锐的嗅觉,新能源汽车成为投资热点。在中国曾涌现478家的新能源车企,如今能正常经营的却仅剩四十多家,可见市场竞争的激烈......高合汽车自一月起取消员工福利,仅发最低工资以逼退全体员工,先前被裁员工的赔偿更无法兑现;哪吒汽车拖欠基层员工工资,公司老板高傲表示“部分员工不习惯过苦日子”;上汽飞凡员工将被裁70%,未被裁员也会遭遇降薪;悠遥汽车,拒发薪资、大规模裁员甚至连孕期员工也不放过;四月,特斯拉全球裁员10%,近1.5万名员工受影响,中国地区部分部门裁员竟高达50%......
