A video has surfaced online claiming that drinking water has been contaminated as a result of construction work at the Amulsar mine, 10 November 2025

The Environmental and Mineral Resources Inspectorate of Armenia has responded to a video that has surfaced online claiming that drinking water has been contaminated as a result of construction work at the Amulsar mine.

The inspectorate reported that administrative proceedings have been initiated in connection with the video.

"Following the completion of the measures taken as part of the investigation, additional information will be provided," the agency stated...
