[...] "We have made the various efforts to prevent human rights violations in the salt farms in our supply chain.  As part of our efforts, we have obtained survey reports documenting the current status of the salt farms, and conducted human rights inspections on the salt farms to identify any human rights risks associated with the salt farm workers. Furthermore, we requested and obtained a pledge of integrity and ethical business from the salt farm owners, including their pledge not to infringe on the human rights of salt farm workers.  We enhanced the effectiveness of this pledge by including a clause that would enable the Sinuido Sea Salt Corporation to suspend purchases from non-compliant salt farms in the event of a breach of this pledge. We have also made  efforts to identify human rights risks through collaboration and information sharing with relevant authorities such as the Sinan-gun Office, Jeollanam-do Provincial Office, and Mokpo Police Station."
