"Mining in the Philippines – Mining or Food?" report & company responses/non-responses

In February 2009, Robert Goodland and Clive Wicks of the Working Group on Mining in the Philippines issued a report, “Mining in the Philippines – Mining or Food?”  The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited the principal mining companies named in the report to respond to the report and related news stories. 

Subsequently the Working Group issued rejoinders to the companies.  The Resource Centre invited the companies to issue further comment on the rejoinders.  The original company responses to the report, rejoinders by the Working Group, and further comments by companies are available below.
