Myanmar: Garment workers at Sun Apparel report pregnancy discrimination, 'illegal layoffs' & wage cuts; incl. co response

In March 2022, it was reported that workers at Sun Apparel factory were facing a series of violations in the factory, including the dismissal of pregnant women, higher targets for workers to meet, mandatory overtime, wage cuts, and layoffs.

In June 2022 Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited JAKO and Aldi South to respond. The full responses are included below.
