Myanmar: Workers at Kittenish Knitting garment factory allegedly face multiple labour rights violations incl. dismissal of injured workers, unsafe working conditions & harassment; incl. co. response

In August 2022, it was reported that workers at Kittenish Knitting Co. Ltd were facing a series of violations at the factory, including denial of leave for and dismissal of injured workers, lack of dining facilities for workers, unclean drinking water, mandatory overtime, harassment and wage cuts if workers do not work overtime, excessive production targets, and the dismissal of day labourers.

In September 2022, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Inditex to respond. The full response is included below.
