...JSC Nenskra Hydro respects the processes involved in addressing the Complaints raised on the Nenskra Hydropower Project, thru the Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the Complaints Mechanism of the European Investment Bank (EIB).

The Nenskra HPP Complaint Management Action Plan has been approved by the EBRD Board of Directors, and the implementation of required actions is monitored by the IPAM. The EIB Complaints Mechanism also issued its report and recommended actions.

The project has yet to start main construction and that the recommended actions will be implemented according to committed timeline in the Management Action Plan.
