Rimau Group is a company engaged in coal mining, energy, and transportation, including shipping and aviation. The company claimed that it's supported by comprehensive facilities such as a main workshop, a loading port, and a coal-fired power plant (PLTU).

It's subsidiary company among others are PT Multi Investama and PT Rimau New World.
PT Rimau New World is operating in the Southeast Sulawesi region (particularly Kolaka). The company is involved in nickel mining activities and has previously collaborated with PT Suria Lintas Gemilang. Rimau New World is also listed within a shareholding structure that includes Chinese investors in the nickel sector.
PT Rimau New World is a joint venture owned by PT New World Nikel and PT Rimau Multi Investama. As of 2023, Huayou holds a 70% stake in PT Indonesia Pomalaa Industry Park (IPIP) through its subsidiary Huaxing Nickel, while the remaining 30% is controlled by PT Rimau New World.
