Produce Chemical Exam Report in Union Carbide Case: HC [Madhya Pradesh High Court]

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed the State Government to produce the chemical examination report of three experts concerning the sealed factory of Union Carbide. The directive is sequel to a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed for removal of chemical wastes from the Union Carbide premises. A division bench comprising Chief Justice Anand Kumar Patnaik and Justice Ajeet Singh while hearing the petition of Alok Pratap Singh of Jahreeli Gas Morcha, seeking court directives to Union and State Government for the removal of chemical wastes and poisonous substance from the factory premises of Union Carbide Bhopal, issued the above directives and fixed the next date of hearing also.
