...Under this road rehabilitation project for the section km 28-75 on the Osh-Batken-Isfana road, it was confirmed at the planning phase that no resettlement was necessary. Furthermore, in 2019, the executing agency -Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic- has conducted an assessment and research on identification of the project’s negative impact on properties and facilities, green plantings etc., located along the project site with the aim of avoiding and minimizing the project impact on the social environment in the project area.
