J&P Overseas was a Cypriot building, engineering and construction company operating in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and Asia. Financial problems emerged in 2017 and the company entered administration in 2018.
Together with subsidiaries J&P-Qatar and J&P Avax, and Conspel Qatar JPAC JV was appointed main contractor for Education City Stadium, one of the host stadiums for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
