All development activities of the Helax project have been carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and best practices – including community engagement and environmental processes – in close coordination with federal, state and local authorities.
The Helax project has been under review to assess its potential structure and scope. Any steps to further advance the Helax Project remain contingent on meeting the highest standards of social, environmental and commercial viability. A prior, free and informed consultation process, conducted by the relevant authorities, is a prerequisite for any project development.
