The HRW report contains our response. DJI does not have any authorised resellers in Sudan and is in no way contributing to the conflict. Our resellers globally commit to DJI not to sell products for combat purposes. In fact, DJI's products are exclusively designed and manufactured for civilian applications and are not weapons or arms by any standard definition.

we unequivocally oppose attempts to attach weapons to our products and have refused to customize or support modifications that enable combat operations. we have a long-standing policy against combat use and that our products should not be sold or used for combat purposes.

DJI is committed to ensuring compliance with these company policies and all applicable sanctions on Sudan including the UN Resolution 1556 (2004) and Resolution 1591 (2005).
