The Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GBC) today will award Levi Strauss & Co. its Richard Holbrooke Leadership Award for the company's longtime leadership in the fight against the HIV/AIDS global pandemic...Levi Strauss & Co. and the Levi Strauss Foundation have played a leadership role in the private sector response to the disease by developing workplace policies, practices and communication that have become the standard for businesses, nonprofits and governments in dealing with HIV/AIDS in the workplace.
