PT Sritex Group is no longer an active supplier to H&M Group. We worked with some of their factories in the past, but phased them out in 2023 and 2024 due to changing business needs. As per our responsible exit routine (which follows ACT Responsible Exit Policy), we took the necessary steps to reduce a potential negative impact on the supplier and their employees. We set out a clear phase-out process during which we conducted a worker impact assessment and created an exit plan in close dialogue with the supplier.
