MSC did not respond to allegations of pollution, harm to coastal communities’ livelihoods, and threats to marine ecosystems due to the shipwreck of MSC’s ELSA 3 in India, as well as calls for a full cleanup of the wreck, accountability, and compensation to affected communities and governments in an equitable and transparent manner.
