RusHydro will lower risks at hydro-electric stations [Russia]

Experts found that there were safety violations at all the stations: many stations still work in accordance with outdated standards; and although new stations are supposedly being built in accordance with Western standards, in reality they are built in a low-quality manner. RusHydro is working in line with the findings of the Rostechnadzor [Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision] commission investigation into the Sayano-Shushenskaya station tragedy [in Siberia]...
