UK: Workers sue Dyson over allegations of forced labour and exploitation at Malaysian supplier

Leigh Day is representing more than a dozen workers suing Dyson in the UK, alleging a string of labour abuses at ATA Industrial, part of ATA IMS, a supplier in Malaysia that serviced appliance maker Dyson. Allegations of abuse had surfaced as early as 2019, prompting public and private investigations. Dyson denies any wrongdoing but did discontinue its relationship with ATA based on a social audit report from 2021 that indicated potential abuse.
