It should be emphasized that the analysis presented by the “Arnika” organization lacks a standard comparative methodological basis and is founded primarily on superficial and emotionally driven analytical material, which cannot serve as a subject for professional discussion. We urge all parties to refrain from tarnishing the Company's business reputation through unsubstantiated information campaigns, while sincerely hoping avoid the continuation of this dialogue in judicial instances.

Furthermore, remaining committed to its open and transparent approach, during the public hearings on the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Geghanush tailings facility project, the Company proposed the representative of the "Arnika" organization in Syunik region the "Youth Impulse" NGO and the residents of Geghanush village to share the results of their monitoring studies and to compare them with the monitoring data collected by the Company.
