Mexilit SA de CV, is a joint venture of Bacanora Lithium (Canada, UK) and Cadence Minerals (UK) that was initiated for lithium exploration activities in 2010. Concessions for exploration are under the Lithium Project in Sonora and include El Sauz, El Sauz 1, 2 El Sauz, La Flor y La Flor 1.
