Inter IKEA Group statement

...During the last weeks, we have focused on supporting the personal safety and security of IKEA co-workers and their families, as well as of those of our business partners, and we will continue to do so. The decision to pause operations has a direct impact on thousands of co-workers. Our highest priority is to navigate the continuously evolving situation and provide support to all co-workers in Ukraine, Russia and neighboring countries. Meanwhile, several initiatives have already started throughout IKEA to support affected people and vulnerable groups with emergency relief in the most needed regions.

Please read more about the decisions and actions we have taken here and here...
