Our Human Rights Policy describes our commitment and approach to human rights. We are conscious of our ability to improve people’s lives by ensuring that care is accessible to all, while acting in a conflict sensitive manner and doing business responsibly and ethically. Impacts of the conflict relates to Philips business operations and the type of products supplied in both Russia and Ukraine.
We have substantially reduced our commercial activities in Russia, including the suspension of our advertising for our personal health (consumer) products.
Our current activities in Russia now primarily focus on the provision of medical devices and of essential mother and childcare products and to assure people’s access to healthcare, which is a basic human right and in line with our purpose to improve people’s health and well-being.
Our team will continue relevant activities to the extent possible and in full compliance with applicable export controls and sanctions.
