Bangladesh garment companies' actions against labour leaders

Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Wal-Mart to respond to the following items:

Wal-Mart responded [DOC].

The suppliers named are Envoy Group and Nassa Group.  Envoy Group has said it did not lodge complaints; Nassa Group has said it has dropped the charges.  Intl. Labor Rights Forum contests those statements.  We have attempted to contact Envoy Group and Nassa Group, but have been unable to reach them.  If we receive responses from them, we will include them here.
