Fristads response to allegations of abuses in Myanmar garment factories - February Update

We have been collaborating with Fullway Myanmar Clothing Co. Ltd since early 2018 after they passed our compliance screening.

Since then, we have been monitoring their social and environmental improvements through audits performed there.

However, due to Covid and company travel restrictions on Myanmar we have not been able to physically visit the factory since early 2021.

Still, the last amfori BSCI audit conducted last July 2022 did not reveal any of the major work conditions violations highlighted in your email. Please see attached report.
