Henkel response

In April 2022, Henkel announced the decision to exit from Russia.

During the course of the year, the company wound down and finally ceased its business with industrial adhesives. This April, Henkel completed the exit, with the sale of its remaining business activities in Russia. With this, Henkel is one of the few companies in its industries which has left Russia.

Henkel will therefore not any longer sell any goods in or to Russia.

Henkel has also taken measures outside Russia not to actively support onsale of its goods to Russia by its customers where Henkel is aware of such onsale.

In general with respect to so called “parallel imports” Henkel is not able to control to which degree our products are imported by third parties to Russia as this occurs outside of our own business activities and without our knowledge.
