Mitsubishi Materials response

Mitsubishi Materials has established the "Export Control Regulations" that stipulate standards for export control and operational procedures in accordance with mainly the "Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law" of Japan and other domestic and foreign laws and regulations concerning security export control.

The Japanese laws and regulations restrict exports to Russia as a final destination, and we are taking measures based on them.

We appropriately confirm the intended use and consumers of goods and services to be exported.

With regard to the confirmation of the intended use and consumers, we make inquiries to third-party organizations as necessary, and obtain written pledges from consumers regarding the end-use of the products, etc., in order to properly implement security export control.
