Myanmar: Union members at Guotai Huasheng Glory Fashion factory allegedly discriminated by employers; incl. co. responses

In January 2023, it was reported that former union members at Myanmar Guotai Huasheng Glory Fashion were facing discrimination.

It was also reported that in December 2022, workers at the factory were reportedly forced to raise funds for a worker who was injured in the workplace, as the factory refused to support the worker.

In February 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Primark and Auchan to respond. The full responses can be found below.
