BAE Systems provides defence equipment, training and support under government to government agreements between the UK and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This work, which is subject to stringent UK defence export regulations, does not involve the Company in military operational activity and our people are not involved in the loading of weapons for operational sorties.
We comply with all relevant export control laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate. Our activities are subject to UK Government approval and oversight.
