Acacia Mining response

Over the past year Acacia has engaged in extensive correspondence with MWC and RAID regarding the issues raised in the report, providing them with significant detail and context to the situation at North Mara and the continued improvement in relationships with the community around the mine. The chain of correspondence is available on our website, www.acaciamining.com/sustainability/our-material-areas/community-relations/grievance-mechanism.aspx.

The most recent letter by Acacia, from earlier this month, can be accessed directly via this link: www.acaciamining.com/~/media/Files/A/Acacia/documents/sustainability/Acacia%20Response%20to%20MWC%20and%20RAID%20-%20March%202016.pdf.

Given the recent and fulsome correspondence, Acacia has no further comment at this time.
