We are operating a sanctions compliance program (SCP) as described below for the purposes of identifying potential OFAC issues (including any business relationships with sanctioned Russian individuals and entities).

- Gathering major sanctions lists weekly from various bodies including the U.S. Treasury Deparment's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the European Union (EU), the United Nations (UN) and Canada.

- Conducting a screening of sanctions for our direct suppliers and customers and checking any prohibited transactions to assess their risk for sanctions...

LG is actively working with NGOs in neighboring countries to provide support for refugees in humanitarian aid. LG has been discussing details to provide support in necessary products from neighboring countries...
