Micron complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including all export control regulations and economic sanctions, everywhere we operate. In compliance with restrictions the U.S. Department of Commerce has placed on Iran, Russia and an expanded list of prohibited Russian entities, Micron blocks shipments to Iran, Russia, Belarus and certain regions of Ukraine. Micron also conducts extensive due diligence on our distributors not only to assess risk of diversion but to stop shipments to distributors we believe may divert our products unlawfully.
