PepsiCo's response on sourcing from REPSA

When allegations were raised about REPSA’s operations in 2017, we engaged extensively with REPSA and our suppliers to better understand the situation and assess whether the actions taken by REPSA to address the grievances were sufficient to meet our standards. We subsequently determined that REPSA’s actions did not sufficiently meet our standards, and we removed them from our supply chain.

PepsiCo ended its direct sourcing from Grupo Hame Olmeca, the parent company of REPSA, in 2017 and all indirect sourcing through our other suppliers ceased in 2019.
