Glover, M.D., J.D., told the Subcommittee on Consumer Affairs, Foreign Commerce, and Tourism of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation at a hearing today. Glover, a licensed physician and practicing attorney represented the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA).
