Takasago Thermal Engineering's response

[...]

As a member of the "Takenaka-Tokoh-Asahi-Takasago Cross-Industrial Joint Venture", we signed a construction contract with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government on 3 March, 2016 for the construction of the Ariake Arena (tentative name) (27) (hereinafter referred to as this construction). The contractor agreed to divide the construction work by each industry, and we were in charge of the air-conditioning work.

We have investigated the formwork plywood in question again, but have not found any evidence that it was procured or used in the construction area that we are in charge of. We would like to point out that the procurement (including the use of formwork plywood) in other sectors of the construction work is carried out by each of the constituent companies, and that we have no authority whatsoever.

However, if it is found that the facts differ from the above answer in the future, we will answer again. [...]
