...YCM has always placed great importance on export compliance, sanctions regulations, corporate responsibility, and human rights-related matters. The Company has not engaged in any illegal export activities. YCM does not support, authorize, or knowingly facilitate the use of its products for illegal exports, violations of sanctions or export control regulations, or any activities that may be associated with human rights abuses.
About BHRRC’s inquiry concerning YCM-branded machine tools listed in the database established by the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine and allegedly associated with Russia-related facilities, YCM has taken note of the relevant information. BHRRC’s inquiry specifically referred to the MV66A model. Upon reviewing the publicly available database, YCM also noted that several other YCM models are listed in the database.
Based on the information currently available from the public database and BHRRC’s inquiry, YCM confirms that the MV66A model was discontinued at the end of 2015, and the Company has had no subsequent manufacturing or sales activities for this model. With respect to the other models appearing in the publicly available information, YCM’s review indicates that these models were sold in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2019 in accordance with the export regulations applicable at the time, and were general-purpose machine tools intended for ordinary commercial and industrial use...
