[DOC] Submission concerning the United Nations Norms on the Responsibilities of Transnational Corporations and Other Business Enterprises with Regard to Human Rights

The Norms should be supported by the OHCR [Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights] as the leading example of a human rights approach to corporate accountability. The Norms represent a major step forward in defining the relevant human rights responsibilities of business and should form the basis for the development of a legally binding framework.
